These terms govern your use of tbM Marketing Club ("tbM", "we", "us"). By creating an account you accept these terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and the third-party terms below.
1. Membership
Membership is offered on a recurring monthly or annual basis in AUD. A 7-day free trial applies to new members. Cancellation is available at any time and takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
2. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringes intellectual property, or violates the Anthropic usage policies linked below.
3. AI outputs
AI outputs are generated tools, not professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing and using outputs in your business.
4. Third-party services
Our AI Sidekick is powered in part by Anthropic. By using tbM you also agree to the Anthropic consumer terms.
5. Refunds
We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, tbM's liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
