Account details (name, email, business name), payment information processed by our payment provider, content you submit to the Sidekick, and usage analytics.
How we use it
To provide and improve the service, communicate with you about your membership, and run the AI Sidekick.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share content with Anthropic to power Sidekick outputs under their privacy policy.
Your rights
You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@tbmmc.com.au.
Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest. We retain personal data only as long as required for the service and legal obligations.
