1. Agreement
These terms form a binding contract between you and SFG Technology and Business Solutions("SFG", "we"). By creating an account on SFG Academy you agree to them.
2. Accounts
You must be 16 or over, provide accurate details, and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions and payments
- Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Prices are shown in your local currency where supported, otherwise in GBP, exclusive of applicable taxes.
- UK and EU consumers have a 14-day right to cancel. By starting any course you expressly waive that right for digital content already consumed.
- Refunds outside the statutory period are at our discretion. Contact billing@sfgtechsolutions.com.
4. Licence to use content
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access courses for your personal or internal business use. You may not redistribute, resell, or train AI systems on our content.
5. User content
You retain ownership of posts, notes and submissions. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host and display them for the purpose of running the service. We may remove content that breaches these terms.
6. Acceptable use
No illegal activity, harassment, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass paywalls or access controls. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.
7. Certificates
Certificates are issued on completion of qualifying assessments. They confirm participation and assessment results; they are not a regulated qualification unless explicitly stated.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
9. Termination
You may close your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or for prolonged inactivity, after reasonable notice where possible.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to your local courts.
